What we collect: When you place an order we collect your full name, email address, mobile number, delivery address, delivery instructions, order notes or gift message, the items you ordered, your chosen payment method, and, if you choose to upload it, a payment reference number and proof of payment. We do not collect or store card numbers.

Why we collect it: To process and deliver your order, to verify payment, to send you order updates by email, to provide customer support, and to keep records we are required to keep.

Who sees it: Authorized HERA LUXE administrators. We share your name, phone number and delivery address with the courier only as needed to deliver your order. Our website, database and email providers process data on our behalf. [List your hosting, database and email providers.]

Your rights: You may ask to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, or withdraw consent, subject to legal retention requirements. Security: Orders are stored in an access-controlled database. Only authorized administrators can view customer details.

Correcting information: Email us with your order number and the corrected details. Orders that have already shipped may not be changeable.
